Paphiopedilum
Care
Paphiopedilums are great - they are easy to care for and bloom
for 2-3 months! There are warm types and cool types. I happen
to like cool ones better, but its up to you. Paphipedilums
are compact and usually have 1 flower per stem.

Humidity: Paphiopedilums like humidity, but it isn't as important
as it is to some of the other orchids. Since they aren't huge
plants give them lots of room - their leaves shouldn't be
touching other plants.
Light
and Air: Shade and good ventilation are required. About 15-20%
sunlight is good, but not directly on the leaves.
Watering:
Paphiopedilums need to be watered before they dry out.
Warm Paphiopedilum
Temperature: Warm Paphiopedilums like 60-70 night, 70-85 day,
cool Paphiopedilums like 50-65 night, 70-85 day.
Potting:
Repot every year in fine bark!
